I am Jennifer Matthews and I have a serious passion for dogs! Well, all animals really! I am native to Earlysville, VA, and moved to my beautiful home and property here in Earlysville in 2019 for the sole purpose of starting my own dog boarding business. I consider myself very lucky, and I am so grateful to be where I am and to be doing what I am doing. 

I have a sweet nine year old son, Shepherd, who is very animal savvy and enjoys helping out. I also have three dogs of my own. A Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix named Meister, an Australian Shepherd/Brittany Spaniel mix named Castiel, and a Blue Lacy named Dorian. Her brothers Meister and Castiel are working dogs and are always in training. I hope you will come out to visit and hopefully choose Buffalo River Boarding for your dogs' boarding experience!
